防止电动叉车漏油的方法?

电动叉车在运行时，偶尔会出现漏油现象，这会严重影响叉车的正常使用，甚至会带来安全隐患，那么防止电动叉车漏油的方法都有哪些？

1、仔细处置各种衬垫。如：机油盘或气门罩盖，如果触摸面积大，就不易压实，会出现漏油现象。

2、按修补标准拧紧各螺母。过松或者压不紧衬垫会渗油，过紧会使螺孔周围金属凸起，或将丝扣拧滑致使漏油。

3、及时替换电动叉车上失效的油封。油封装置不当，轴颈与油封刃口不一样，会因偏摆而甩油，如果油封长期使用，会因老化而失掉弹性、密封唇口损坏开裂，或自紧绷簧失效，会降低封油效果，建议按标准修正或替换新的配件。

5、及时修换主轴承。如果主轴承与轴颈之间的空隙过大，前后油封会因曲轴冲击失去密封性，造成机油从曲轴头部外漏，或向离合器内渗油，一旦污染摩擦片，会使其打滑，影响正常运行。
